Ukraine vs Italy match to be played in unfavourable weather conditions

Next Monday, 20 November, the Ukrainian national team will play its decisive match in the Euro 2024 qualifying cycle: in the final round of the tournament, the "blue-yellow" will play in Leverkusen, Germany, against the Italian national team in a nominally home match. Victory in this match will bring the Ukrainian national team a ticket to the final part of Euro-2024.

But the upcoming match is almost guaranteed to be played in unfavourable weather conditions. Since today it has been raining in Leverkusen (as well as in almost the whole north-western part of Germany) and, according to the weather services, similar weather will continue in this city until 21 November.

It is expected to be very windy in Leverkusen on the day of the match between Ukraine and Italy. And the thermometer will barely reach the mark of seven degrees Celsius.

Recall, the match of the qualifying cycle of Euro 2024 Ukraine - Italy will be held on 20 November in Leverkusen. Kick-off is at 21:45 Kyiv time.
