Ingulets head coach Vladyslav Lupashko spoke about his relationship with the club's owner Oleksandr Povorozniuk.

"Normal cooperation, working relations that do not go beyond any limits. The main thing is that Oleksandr Povoroznyuk does not interfere in the training process, does not interfere in the decisions of the starting line-up. He suggests, makes comments, gives me tips because of the years he has lived, and I believe that quite a few of his tips are well-reasoned.

In the sense that he already understands football quite well, he sees it from a different perspective. That is, I see him as a coach, and he sees him as a functionary, as a person who is quite experienced, as a senior comrade, you could say.
