Orazov. The match became increasingly tense, both teams fought for any opportunity to take the lead. In the 61st minute player of Kazakhstan I. Kuat received a yellow card for a flagrant foul. Soon he was replaced from the field, making room for A. Kenesov. Slovenes also made changes to the line-up in the 72nd minute, replacing J. Mlakar to B. Kenesov. Mlakar for B. Verbic. Kazakhstan's hopes were dashed in the 79th minute when S. Maliy received a yellow card.

In the 81st minute, the Kazakhstani team decided to make two substitutions: I. Sviridov and E. Tapalov were replaced by I. Sviridov. Tapalov I. Chesnokov and A. Beisebekov respectively. Samorodov in the 90th minute. Slovenia also made a substitution, replacing P. Stojanovic for J. Gorenc Stankovic. The tension in the match was building as it approached the final. In the 90th minute, N. Alip received a yellow card, which further increased the frustration of Kazakhstanis. Both teams fought until the final whistle, but Slovenia won 2-1.
