"Rukh has explained why the start time of the UPL match against Dynamo in Matchday 15 was changed.
The game will take place on 26 November. It will start at 15.00. Previously, it was planned that the match would start at 17.00.
"The clubs reached a mutual agreement, guided by the possible deterioration in weather conditions on the day of the match, and decided to start the game 2 hours earlier, namely at 15.00," the official telegram channel said in a statement.
