"Every tour with refereeing some scandals, misunderstandings. Judges are too often in the centre of attention. Connect women to refereeing, such as, for example, to our game on 11 November with "Vorskla". This is logical, women can not keep up with the rhythm of heavy men's football. They do not see the moments, do not keep up with the episodes, they need prompting.

Such moments knock you out of the rut. You could work in women's football. The pace is different, physiology is different, other speeds. Clashes, undercutting, other nuances - it would be better judged by a referee who feels football and has played it. To look at moments by the book is wrong," Ivashchenko said.
