Former Dynamo Kyiv midfielder Carlos de Pena, who now plays for Internacional, told us why he had a bad season.
- This year I had a lot of difficult episodes: my father had cancer and a stroke, my daughter also had problems. Of course, these are things that affected me. I am a human being, I am not a machine, and my performance was not the same as last year. Everyone knows this, everyone can see it. I am very demanding of myself. When I can't perform the way I would like to, to help the team, I am, of course, sad. But I didn't reduce my performance just because of off-field problems. I lost my place in the starting line-up, and every day I try to work hard to do my best to get back to my usual level," the player said.
Пусть все твои проблемы Карлос, останутся в прошлом....
