"Shakhtar have strengthened their coaching staff with a Dutch specialist with experience at PSV and Fenerbahce

Shakhtar Donetsk announced that Dutch specialist Chris van der Werden has joined the coaching staff of the first team.

The 51-year-old coach has experience of working as an assistant in the coaching staffs of Dutch PSV, Den Haga and Vitesse, Turkish Fenerbahçe and English Derby County. In addition, van der Werden has also coached the youth and junior teams of PSV.
