Barcelona coach Javi Hernandez has admitted that he wanted to sign Atletico Madrid striker Alvaro Morata.
"It's true that I wanted to sign Morata. There was such an opportunity. I spoke to him and wanted him in the team, but it didn't happen.
Morata is a great forward, he works hard for the team. "Atletico have world-class strikers in their squad," Dario Sport quoted Xavi as saying.
