- "We have become stronger after the arrival of Serhii Rebrov. The only disadvantage of our national team is playing in defence. But Rebrov will eliminate this drawback. The main thing is that Ukraine has learnt not to be afraid of the giants and knows how to beat the mid-tier European football. These are the teams of Bosnia, Israel and Iceland. But despite everything, we should not underestimate our opponents. In the last qualifier, we were also sure that Ukraine would defeat both Scotland and Wales in the play-offs. We beat the Scots beautifully, but stumbled in Wales. We have to remember that," said the Dynamo player.
