Brighton's management is in talks with head coach Roberto De Zerbi to extend his cooperation.
"I'm happy at Brighton, and I get on well with the management. We are discussing signing a new contract, but at the moment the deal is still a long way off," De Zerbi was quoted as saying by the BBC.
It will be recalled that the Italian coach's current contract with the Seagulls runs until June 2026.
