Arsenal defender Takehiro Tomiyasu was injured at the end of the Gunners' 2-1 Premier League victory over Wolverhampton last Saturday.
According to talkSPORT, the 25-year-old was diagnosed with a calf muscle injury. The Japanese player's recovery will take four weeks, but then Takehiro will immediately go to represent his national team at the Asian Cup.
Thus, Arsenal head coach Mikel Arteta will be able to count on Tomiyasa no earlier than February 2024.
