Arsenal striker Gabriel Jesus is not going to compete for the top places in the Premier League scoring race because he does not consider goal scoring to be his strong point.
"I said this after a tense and losing game in which there were many situations. I have always been honest. But after the game, we wanted to talk. I just put myself in a position where I think I said the wrong thing to people who don't make an effort to understand my words.
I'll say it again, but now it's clearer: I don't think scoring goals or fighting for the title of top scorer is my strong point, but I can improve, I want to improve and I will improve. I have other strengths, but I score goals, I have scored goals that have helped the team, I have scored hat-tricks," ESPN Brasil quoted Jesus as saying.
The Brazilian has scored two goals in the current EPL campaign, but in the Champions League he has four goals in four matches.
