However, the goal was cancelled due to an offside call. Both teams made substitutions in an attempt to find a way through. In the 62nd minute, E. Loyodis and M. Perrone came on for Las Palmas, while I. Hagi and C. Benavides came on for Alaves.

In the 86th minute Alaves replaced A. Abcar with N. Tenaglia and L. Rioja with U. Ropero. Ropero, and in the 87th minute Las Palmas released A. Moleiro instead of B. Ramirez. The tension on the pitch was felt as the game approached its conclusion. In the 90th minute several more yellow cards were shown: L. Garcia and A. Gorosabel from Alaves, as well as Marvin and C. Herrera from Las Palmas. In the end, Las Palmas emerged victorious with a score of 1-0. It was an intense battle between two determined teams and Las Palmas held their advantage until the final whistle. The La Liga match at the Estadio de Mendisorrosa showed the passion and competitive spirit of both sides.
