Chelsea striker Nicolas Jackson may receive a ban for provocative actions after the match against Everton.
According to Football London, Jackson was in the spotlight when the final whistle blew. The 22-year-old Senegalese grabbed Everton defender Nathan Patterson by the throat.
Chelsea head coach Mauricio Pochettino had to personally intervene to calm Jackson, who he had previously warned about unnecessary yellow cards for arguing with the referee.
The EPL's disciplinary committee has taken an interest in this incident. If Jackson's guilt is confirmed, the player will receive a 1-3 match suspension.
