Liverpool head coach Jurgen Klopp commented on his side's defeat in the Europa League group stage match against Belgian side Union in the 6th round.

- I changed the line-up significantly. Of course, the number of permutations affected our rhythm. After such a game, I will not make a definite judgement on the player's potential. I see how they work in training, and today was an important experience for them. I don't think any footballer's career started without such matches where you have to fight and survive. For some players, it was indeed a necessary experience," said Jurgen Klopp.

It should be added that Liverpool finished first in their quartet with 12 points. Toulouse (11), Union (8) and LASC (5) followed.
