"Barcelona" and "Real" will receive significant sums when participating in the European Super League. This is reported by the publication Mundo Deportivo.
The clubs will receive bonuses of one billion euros, which will significantly improve the financial situation of both teams.
It should be noted that Madrid have economic difficulties, despite the lack of widespread visibility of this problem. Plans to launch the Super League depend on the European Court of Justice ruling on 21 December, which could affect the future fate of the project.
If that fails, Real are exploring alternative ways to revitalise their economy. Signatures are already being collected from clubs confirming their refusal to participate in the Super League in favour of UEFA tournaments.
It should be noted that more than 60 clubs have already expressed interest in participating in the project.
