Ukrainian defender of English Everton Vitaliy Mykolenko was not in the team's application for yesterday's match of the quarter-final of the English League Cup with Fulham (1:1, on penalties - 6:7).

For 24-year-old footballer this is the second consecutive missed match - last weekend Mikolenko was not in the application of "Everton" for the APL match with "Burnley".
