"What did Dynamo lack? I think it was basic relaxation, in the good sense of the word. With the departure of Mircea Lucescu, Dynamo gained more freedom in everything and, above all, began to act more diversely in attack, especially in the example of the Buyalsky-Vanat pair, who are able to play outside the box.

Dynamo players are obviously tired of Mircea Lucescu's authoritarian methods. Not every coach who would have replaced Lucescu would have been able to cope with this situation.

Shovkovskyi decided not to change anything in the work process, in the staff, and just give freedom of creativity. I would like to note that Dynamo is no longer shy about openly defensive tactics, which allows them to launch quick counterattacks and score," FootBoom quotes Babych as saying.
