"I know exactly the talent and quality of Fluminense and what they are capable of. They have beaten teams from Argentina, Colombia and Uruguay. They have five or six players over the age of 37, which means they know how to control emotions.

They play in the typical Brazilian style of the 1970s, 80s and early 90s, for example, when Brazil won the World Cup in 1994. They have a lot of possession, use short passes, and are physically strong. They play a style of football that we have never seen before. They don't play positively, they move a lot. We have to impose our own rhythm and play a good game," Pep was quoted as saying by the official website of the Citizens.
