- How was it for you personally to work under Oleh Holodiuk, who is a year younger than you and with whom you played for Karpaty for many, many years?

- It worked well. Both he and I know what subordination is. We are adults and understand how to behave. I believe that we did not violate the framework that should be in fair sport. And we communicated as a footballer and a coach, not as friends. Therefore, there is definitely no negative in this regard. He has a rather interesting training process, and I respected that.

- Metalist 1925 announced the invitation of a great coach Viktor Skrypnyk. What are your expectations from this cooperation?

- Indeed, this is a coach with a name. I would like to get together as soon as possible to see what ideas this coach has. I have heard a lot of good things about him, and it would be interesting to work with him.

- Do you already know the team's plans for the beginning of the new year?

- We are going to have a medical examination on 12 January, and then we will start training. It hasn't been long since the head coach was introduced.

- Did it happen that after the last match against Oleksandriya some of the players said goodbye to the team?

- No, it didn't happen. We left immediately after the game, no one announced anything.
