England head coach Gareth Southgate shared his plans for the future.

I was 35 when I became head coach in the Premier League. We finished 12th and 13th, and I didn't know anything of what I know now. Everyone talks about Middlesbrough: "Oh, he got Middlesbrough relegated". Well, we did go down in the third year, but I have the experience of three years of coaching in the Premier League. Undoubtedly, the first season was my best achievement. I went from being a player captain to the head coach of a multi-million dollar business in the most difficult league in the world, and we finished quite well considering our budget.
I feel confident in my current role. I am confident in myself, no matter what happens in the future. Of course, I won't be here for 20-30 years. I don't know what will happen in the future. I am very calm about it.
I remember talking to Jose when he was at Manchester United and he said: "You know, when you leave this position, you will be capable of anything". I thought that was probably true, but seven years later I feel that it is definitely true," Sky Sports quoted Southgate as saying.
