Oleh Shandruk explains why his predecessor Serhiy Lavrynenko resigned as head coach of Veres Rivne.
- I respect Serhii Lavrynenko, we had good communication. I think he came to our club at the wrong time. Before him, Yuriy Virt worked for four years. It's a long way back for Veres. It was difficult for our fans, and I think they did not accept Lavrynenko. Support is very important for a coach, and he did not feel it from our fans," Shandruk said.
