- "Footballers have different perceptions of such information. Some take it positively and start working even harder, while others stop in their professional growth and start thinking that they have already outgrown the level of the team and the championship they play in. Our coaching staff is working in this direction, because this is a very serious psychological moment. Just yesterday, the lion's share of Rukh players were young men, and today the media are already paying attention to them and starting to promote them. So they react to this - each in a different way.

If there is a specific appeal to our club from those who want to join, Rukh will not keep anyone. But so far there are only a lot of rumours, but no official letters. It hasn't happened that any club wanted to invite Kvasnytsia, Sapuga or Slyubyk. All this is at the level of talk. So we shouldn't focus on this, we need to keep working," Ponomarev said.
