"The issue of returning spectators to the stands should be taken seriously, but I think it is worth returning fans to football, the stadium without them is sad.

For some reason we have discos, concerts, theatres, but people are afraid to let people into football. For me personally, it is unclear why this is so. So, hopefully, the Ministry of Youth and Sports will soon solve this issue," - quotes Nagyev official website of the UPL.
