During the match of the 19th round of the English Championship between Everton and Manchester City, the house of midfielder Jack Grealish was robbed. This was reported by The Sun.
According to the source, the burglars managed to get inside despite the enhanced security measures and fencing around the house. The thieves took away watches and other jewellery worth a total of £1 million.
It is also known that the footballer's family was in the house at the time of the robbery: his parents, fiancée, grandmother, two sisters and brother were watching football. At first, Grilish's relatives did not hear anything, but later they turned on the alarm. Fortunately, none of the footballer's family was injured. The investigation is currently underway.
