According to Sport.UA, Veres' sparring match with Serbian side Yavor at the training camp in Turkey on 26 January 2024 has been cancelled. Now the Rivne team is making efforts to find a replacement for the Balkans.
The other control matches - with Slovakian Zlate Moravce, Danish Ljungby, Latvian Liepaja and Auda - have been confirmed. Oleh Shandruk's men will play two more sparring matches against Czech clubs Jablonec and Sigma.
