The Surkis Brothers Foundation Report for 2023

Today and every day, the Surkis Brothers Foundation continues to help. The main areas of the Foundation's activities are to help medical institutions, the Armed Forces of Ukraine, IDPs and children.

The Foundation delivered more than 5,000 tonnes of humanitarian supplies, food and medical equipment to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The vehicles were provided to the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine, the State Border Guard Service, the Security Service of Ukraine and the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine. The total value of the transferred cargo is estimated at millions of dollars.

During this time, the Foundation has also purchased drones, Starlink systems, special vehicles, boats and many other necessary equipment.

In the medical field, the Foundation cooperates with hospitals that help those wounded in the war. It has managed to rebuild the Invincibility Outpatient Clinic in Gurivshchyna and restore the destroyed X-ray department of a hospital in Chernihiv. We also provide military field hospitals with medicines, medical equipment and other supplies.

In the first days of the war, we evacuated children from the war zone and restored the Kashtan kindergarten in Byshiv. We provided generators to communities, provided humanitarian aid to hundreds of orphanages hosting IDPs, and sent 200 tonnes of water to the Kherson region for people affected by the Kakhovka hydroelectric power station explosion.

In the spring of 2022, Dynamo Kyiv, in cooperation with 1+1 Media, held 15 Match For Piece matches under the slogan "Match for Peace - Stop the War", which raised about two million euros to support Ukraine. Save Ukraine concerts were held to raise funds for modern C-arm surgical X-ray machines.

The Foundation tries to provide prompt assistance where there is an urgent need, and will continue to do so until the Victory is complete.
