An unnamed player, who plays for one of the English Premier League clubs, is being investigated after being accused of racist behaviour towards a concierge working in an upmarket apartment block, the Mirror reports.
According to the source, the footballer, who made racist remarks against the 50-year-old concierge with Senegalese roots, was intoxicated. The victim stated that the player had aggressively demanded the keys to his apartment from the building employee. After the concierge made a remark to the footballer about his indecent behaviour, the athlete began to insult the 50-year-old man on the grounds of racism. The concierge stressed that at first he did not understand who had insulted him, as he was not interested in football.
