Georgian Footy reports on Twitter that Shakhtar are close to signing a deal with Dinamo Tbilisi centre-back Luka Latsabidze.
It is known that the parties held talks on the player's transfer last summer, but they failed to reach an agreement. Now there is some progress in the dialogue.
It is also reported that the transfer fee may amount to 700,000 euros.
