Raheem Sterling earns the biggest penalty in the history of the Premier League

Chelsea defeated Fulham 1-0 at home in the 21st round of the English Championship. The only goal in the match was scored by Cole Palmer, who converted a penalty after a foul on Raheem Sterling.

According to Squawka, this is Sterling's 26th penalty in his career in the English Premier League. The England winger has at least three more penalties than any other player in the history of the competition.

Chelsea have taken eight penalties in the current Premier League campaign, which is a record for a single campaign.
