The former coach of Dynamo Kyiv, Aleksandr Khatskevich, said that Belarus should pay reparations to Ukraine after the war.
"Should Belarus pay reparations to Ukraine? For providing its territory, of course. It is the same participant, an accomplice. Of course, yes," Khatskevich said on the Life-Malina YouTube channel.
