Surkis Brothers Foundation donates rehabilitation equipment to border guards

Since the beginning of the full-scale war in our country, the Surkis Brothers Foundation has not stayed away from the great trouble and regularly helps the military defending our homeland from invaders, as they constantly need support and assistance. In particular, the Foundation continues its efforts to support and rehabilitate our military.

On 13 January, he handed over the second batch of modern medical robotic beds to the hospital of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine. This step will help to improve the conditions of medical care, rehabilitation and comfort for wounded soldiers who faithfully serve our country at the border.

It should be noted that more than 100 more mechanised beds and other rehabilitation equipment are on their way to the frontline hospitals.

- " Special beds for our soldiers are being loaded now, which will be distributed among the hospitals of the State Border Guard Service and will speed up the rehabilitation of our soldiers coming from the front," said a border guard named Ivan. "You can see that the beds are comfortable and can be equipped with various necessary devices and means. This is all very positive. The wounded, those who have suffered injuries and damages, need them and they will help them in the process of treatment. The guys will also be able to rest comfortably on them.

Is football popular among the military? Yes, of course, it is very popular, in fact, I think it is the most popular sport. I am fond of the game myself, and I know many colleagues who are often involved in various sporting events and competitions. My parents and I are fans of Dynamo. In general, we support all Ukrainian clubs in European cups and international tournaments. But the most important team is the Ukrainian national team, and I often watch matches on duty, just like other military personnel. Many players represent our country abroad and provide all kinds of assistance. The attitude of players from different clubs towards the military is very good.

Football brings people together, unites them, maintains morale, and develops physical skills. And its positive impact on children is hard to overestimate. Among the players I know are Viktor Tsygankov and Artem Dovbyk. I know that they help the soldiers a lot, organise fundraisers and set up charity foundations. I send my greetings to them. In general, the involvement of football clubs in helping the frontline is very important. Any kind of help - food, warm clothes, equipment - brings us closer to victory. Different units have different needs, and the military are happy to receive any support.

I would like to thank FC Dynamo Kyiv and the Surkis Brothers Foundation on behalf of the entire border guard agency. I think every serviceman who serves both on the frontline and in rear units is grateful for such assistance, as it will help our military to recover faster. Health is the most important thing.

The Surkis Brothers Foundation expresses its gratitude to the National Health Agency of Lower Austria represented by Karl Binder and the NGO "Successful Nation" represented by Oryslava Savka. He also thanks the Austrian NGOs and charitable foundations that delivered the aid to the places where it was needed in fruitful cooperation.

In November, the Foundation sent truckloads of rehabilitation and medical equipment to the military who are heroically defending the independence and freedom of our country. And in December, the Foundation donated medical beds to the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, which made it possible to provide more comfortable conditions for those soldiers undergoing treatment and rehabilitation.

In general, the Foundation's goal, together with its partners, is to equip the entire hospital with modern transforming beds, and they do not stop on the way to their goal, because the war is not over yet, so everyone needs to unite and contribute to the main goal - the desired Victory and life in a peaceful, independent Ukraine.
