Egypt's national team coach Rui Vitoria spoke about the condition of Liverpool striker Mohamed Salah, who left the pitch early due to injury in the 2-2 African Cup of Nations match against Ghana.
"We don't know what the problem is yet. I hope it's not a big problem. We had bad timing because we could only make two substitutions in the second half. I think it's not dangerous, but we'll see," the Daily Mirror quoted Vitoria as saying.
In the first two matches of the tournament, Rui Vitoria's team scored two points. On 22 January, Egypt will face Mozambique.
