"I was happy when Dynamo brought me back from the lease [at Kryvbas]. I am from Dynamo, I went through the academy, I was in the U-19, I wanted to play in the club's first team. Lucescu used to take me to training camps and training sessions so that I could see what adult football is. I realised that he doesn't see me in the first team right now. I can't say I wasn't ready, I felt I could play, he just didn't see me in the squad.

Now, when I came back to Dynamo, we talked to him. He used to gather young players and say: "If you see yourself in the main squad, you should not be scared. You are the starting lineup players".

Shovkovskiy tries to talk to everyone, to give advice, to explain what is right to do and what is not. I really like to work with him. It is easier to work with him and understand him. Lucescu probably did not need communication with the team: I was taken from the lease, someone else came - the team is new. We needed communication.

Shovkovskiy in individual conversations gives me an example of Grilish. He showed me how he acts in certain situations. It is nice that he makes such an emphasis and helps me. And in general, things are calmer in the team," Voloshyn said.
