Former Dynamo and Ukraine national team forward Roman Zozulya has denied the information that he has become a football agent.
Roman Zozulya- How true is the information that you have started agency work?
- I do help Ukrainian guys who intend to find employment in Spain. I have a lot of connections in Europe, in particular, most of all, in Spain. It is a pity not to use them, connections, if there is an opportunity to help my compatriots.
But I don't work as an agent. I don't even really want to work as an agent. I have never even said such a thing. Besides, I don't have an agent's licence now. And, again, I don't want to get one now. I have slightly different ambitions.
- Among the players, whom you allegedly keep under your wing, they name 18-year-old goalkeeper of your former club Rayo Mahadaonda Valentin Rose and 21-year-old defender of Union Collado Vladislav Zagladko.
- I will tell you so - I help more than ten guys. I do it on a volunteer basis.
- Who are we talking about?
- Let`s talk about it with names and surnames at the end of the winter transfer window. The thing is that we are negotiating now, and it is not easy. It is very hard, even so I would say: a lot of transfers have been disrupted.... But I try to help our guys who want to find a job in Europe.
- What is your relationship with Alexander Pankov? They say that this winter you worked together with him to find a job for Lviv Karpaty goalkeeper Nikita Fedotov.
- I am not an employee of any agency, if that is what we are talking about. However, I communicate with almost all agents from Ukraine. Pankov is not an exception. With Sania I communicate, yes. There is a dialogue with Vadim Shabliy too.
All these agency wars for players, quarrels - this is without me. I did not quarrel with anyone. Those who have good players and they turn to me for help, counselling, I am always happy to help.
