The Shevchenkivskyi District Court of Kyiv has remanded the unofficial owner of Dnipro-1, Ihor Kolomoiskyi, in custody until 2 March with bail set at UAH 2.65 billion.

"Extend the term of detention until 02.03.2024. Set bail at UAH 2 billion 650 million," the judge said.
Prosecutors requested that Kolomoisky's detention in the pre-trial detention centre be extended for the duration of the pre-trial investigation. In turn, the lawyers insisted on changing the measure of restraint from custody to house arrest in the village of Mykilske-on-Dnipro, Dnipro region, in particular due to the businessman's poor health.
The court also denied the request to release Kolomoisky on bail.
