London Fulham have agreed a loan deal for Colombian striker John Cordoba from Russian side Krasnodar, but the move has been blocked by the English Premier League, according to Championship.
According to the source, such a decision was dictated solely by the fact that the APL management is opposed to any transfers involving Russia.
