Liverpool set a record in the EFL Cup for the number of times they have reached the final.
In the semi-final match, Jurgen Klopp's side defeated Fulham of London (2-1, 1-1). Thus, this is the 14th time the Merseysiders have reached the final. In addition, they are the most decorated team in this tournament with nine victories.
It should be added that the final match between Chelsea and Liverpool will take place on 25 February.
