Kolos sporting director Vitalii Lysytskyi commented on the words of the head coach of the Ukrainian national team, UAF vice-president Serhii Rebrov on the possible resumption of the Ukrainian U-21 championship.
- "Kolos is only for the development of Ukrainian football. But there are many questions about the feasibility of holding the U-21 championship. Everything needs to be discussed here. Now no one will give specifics. I think the UAF leadership will work on this issue. If they decide to hold the U-21 championship, we will adjust. An alternative option is to perhaps make second teams and launch them into the second league. From my experience as a footballer, I think this idea may be even better. When boys aged 19-20 don't play with each other, but play adult football in the first/second leagues," Lysytskyi told Tribuna.
