Journalist Gianluca Di Marzio has named the two main candidates Liverpool could be considering to replace Jurgen Klopp as head coach.
Apart from Xabi Alonso from Bayer Leverkusen, who was previously reported, it is also Roberto De Dzerby from Brighton.
Klopp will leave Liverpool at the end of the season. The source notes that he is an option for the German national team after Euro 2024, but the coach himself has announced that he will be out of work for at least a year.
