Yuriy Maksymov: "The sand gives you strength in your legs"

Dnipro-1 head coach Yurii Maksymov noted the importance of sand training for the players' preparation.

- When working on the sand, muscles and ligaments start working differently. You gain strength in your legs. And then, after the transition to the field, it pays off. Before that, we held one of the training sessions on the sand every day, and from now on we will be gaining shape mainly through games," said Maksymov.
