Dynamo Kyiv continues to prepare for the second part of the season at the training camp in Turkey. On Saturday, on the sixth day of the training camp, unlike the previous non-game days, Oleksandr Shovkovskyi's team had one training session on the pitch. In the morning, the Dynamo players did a set of strength exercises for different muscle groups in the hotel gym.
During the evening training session, Serhii Rebrov, the manager of the Ukrainian national team, visited the training field of the White and Blues.
Serhiy Stanislavovych greeted and talked to Dynamo's coaches, the club's president, all his old friends at his home club, and asked how Dynamo's training teams were getting fit. Dynamo players, in turn, congratulated Serhiy Stanislavovych on his appointment to the new position of Vice President of the Ukrainian Football Association.
During the warm-up, the physical training coach offered the players another interesting exercise - a kind of relay race. The players were divided into three groups that competed with each other. Each of them, holding hands, had to keep the ball in the air, moving their legs and head, while going around the posts and returning to the starting line.
At first, the task seemed extremely difficult, but once they got used to it and chose the right strategy, they won. In the end, the team made up of the most experienced players won.
The main part of the training consisted of game and tactical exercises, which alternated with short running work. A lot of time was devoted to interaction during defensive play and building attacks. For this purpose, the players were divided into groups according to their positions.
On Saturday, Benito and Samba Diallo joined the general group, who had been training separately on an individual programme on the previous days.
On Sunday, Dynamo will have two training sessions on the pitch, and on Monday they will play a second friendly against Legia Warsaw.
