Far from the best way ended for the Ukrainian goalkeeper of Real Madrid Andriy Lunin yesterday's match of his team with Las Palmas (2:1) in the 22nd round of the championship of Spain.
The Ukrainian once again played on his way out of the penalty area during the second half, but landed badly on the turf and, apparently, suffered a serious muscle injury. Lunin was not able to get back on his feet immediately - Real Madrid doctors came to him and gave the goalkeeper first aid.
Judging by what appeared in the TV broadcast, the goalkeeper would hardly have been able to continue the match, but immediately after the above-mentioned game episode the final whistle sounded.
There is no information about the severity of Lunin's injury and the timing of his return to action.
It should be added that in the current season the Ukrainian goalkeeper played in 13 matches of Real Madrid in all tournaments and conceded a total of 12 goals.
