Not so long ago, it was reported that Spanish side Girona was interested in the services of Dynamo midfielder and Ukraine's youth national team player Volodymyr Brazhko. In the summer, the Italian Torino showed interest in the player.

At the moment, the transfer looks unrealistic. On 2 October, Bražko signed a new and improved contract with Dynamo for 5 years. The sums of €2.9 and €4 million do not seem to be the kind of money that Dynamo can realistically buy Brazhko for. I would have been guided by the money for which Ilya Zabarnyi and Vitaliy Mykolenko were sold to the Premier League.

But I still took the information about possible interest in Volodymyr Brazhko very seriously. All this has two shades:

1. The footballer himself needs to get used to being in the spotlight, get used to being written about in the media, being wooed by different teams. This should not affect his game or attitude to training. Volodymyr still has room to grow and progress. A mistake like the one he made against Balkani with the first goal is simply unacceptable in official matches. Brazhko must improve in stability, quality and class. He should not think about where he is being sold, but be as focused as possible on his own progress.

2. "Dynamo needs to think about replacing Brazhko. This is one of the club's main assets. Today, there are no such prerequisites, because the player is playing his first season with Dynamo. He has just started playing instead of Serhiy Sydorchuk. If the team wins the championship, Brazhko will be included in the national team, which has a good chance of reaching the Euros and playing well in Germany (Taras Stepanenko is not getting younger and cannot play every match in a short period).

So in the summer, you can get a very good offer for Brazhko. We need to understand who will be ready to replace him in case of a suitable offer. Reshat Ramadani, Oleksandr Yatsyk, Danylo Ishchenko, maybe even Volodymyr Ozymai will follow Ilya Zabarnyi's path. We need to plan and develop a successor so that it does not come as a surprise later.
