Rukh Lviv head coach Vitaliy Ponomarev commented on the serious injury to team captain Mark Sapuga.
- "Mark's serious injury is the worst episode of the match with Shturm. He will miss a significant period of time. The whole team supported him and will continue to do so, as he is the team captain and our key player. It is a shame that it happened in a friendly game at the training camp. This is football and it is rare to play without injuries.
I would like to wish Mark a speedy recovery. He is a strong footballer and a psychologically stable person, so I am convinced that he will cope with all the challenges and come back as a strong footballer, he will succeed in his career," Ponomaryov's words are quoted by Rukh's official website.
