Romero replaced A. Pedrosa and J. Navas replaced J. Sanchez. In the 82nd minute, L. Agume replaced H. Mejbri. As time went on, the tension in the game continued to grow, and in the 85th minute H. Mejbri received a yellow card. Mejbri received a yellow card. Rayo Vallecano responded with last minute substitutions, bringing on A. Espino instead of J. de Frutos and I. Balliu instead of R. Nteka in the 86th minute. In the last minutes of the match it was Rayo Vallecano who received a yellow card: in the 90th minute M. Crespo stumbled on the referee. Despite attempts to level the score, Rayo Vallecano could not change it and eventually lost to Sevilla with the score 1:2. The football match between Rayo Vallecano and Sevilla showed the excitement and competitiveness of La Liga.
