Lviv's Karpaty have stepped up their search for a player who would strengthen the centre of defence.
As Sport.ua has learned, the green-and-whites' scouts are interested in 20-year-old Shakhtar Donetsk defender Eduard Kozik, who was raised in Volyn football.
Lviv are planning to agree on the loan of this player, who played 5 matches for the Pitmen in the UPL championship in the autumn.
A few days ago, Karpaty have already loaned left-back Andriy Buleza from Shakhtar.
