Ilya Zabarnyi is in the top 10 fastest players in the Premier League

Ilya Zabarny, the Ukrainian centre-back of English side Bournemouth, has been named among the fastest players in the current Premier League season.

According to the Match of the day page on Twitter, citing the BBC, former Dynamo defender Zabarny is among the fastest performers in the English Championship. In the match against Crystal Palace, the footballer accelerated to 36.6 km/h, which allowed him to take 8th place in the ranking.

Tottenham centre-back Micky Van de Ven was crowned the winner with 37.38 km/h. Also in the top 3 were Luton midfielder Chidozie Ogbene (36.93 km/h) and Wolverhampton winger Pedro Neto (36.86 km/h).
