Shakhtar's controversial ex-player is close to joining Minaj

Former Shakhtar midfielder Vladyslav Vakula is close to joining Minaj. This was reported by the TaToTake telegram channel.

"Vladyslav Vakula has been in the location of Minaj for several days now. Today, the 24-year-old midfielder is undergoing a medical examination at the Uzhhorod club. It is expected that Minaj will sign an agreement with the player for approximately two years," the statement reads.

Earlier, journalist Volodymyr Zverov reported that on 15 December, the Zhytomyr District Police Department of the Main Department of the National Police in Zhytomyr Oblast drew up a report against Vakula for violating Article 185 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offences - "Malicious disobedience to a lawful order or demand of a police officer".
