Brentford head coach Thomas Frank believes that team leader Ivan Toni is likely to leave the club in the summer.
"It is quite obvious that Tony will most likely be sold in the summer. Selling your best player will bring the club a lot of money, but on the other hand, I also understand that after this season, his deal will only be valid for a year. We also know what he is worth. I don't think there are many better strikers in the world right now. He is a really good forward who is in the prime of his footballing life. Personally, as a coach, I would like to keep Ivan, but it will be interesting to see him in a top club one day," the Evening Standard quoted Frank as saying.
It will be recalled that Tony's current contract runs until June 2025.
